Greetings Stallion Family,

It is with great excitement that I write this letter to you as the incoming principal of Stone Mill Elementary School. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such determined students, dedicated staff, and supportive school community. I am committed to working with each parent to support your scholar.

Our goal will be to ensure that all children are healthy, happy, safe, and well educated so that they have an enriched school experience. I bring to the principal position a wide range of experiences. I have worked in the DeKalb County School District for the last 15 years as a Math and Science teacher, Media Specialist, Assistant Principal of Instruction, STEM Academy Coordinator, and Title I Facilitator.

Over the next few weeks, I will be hosting meetings as we work together to ensure that we are ready to receive our scholars in August. My vision is to provide our students with an environment that prepares them to be lifelong learners who are College and Career Ready for the 21st Century.
